Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. You are advised to print and retain a copy for your records.

Placing an order

Placing an order could not be easier. You can submit an order to artistri by adding items to your shopping basket and completing the steps required in the order checkout. On receipt of your order we will send you an email as confirmation.

We are under no obligation to accept your order but would normally do so where the item is available. The deduction of monies from your payment card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your payment card with the amount deducted. Receipt of our confirmation email is the point at which a binding agreement between us shall be in place under these terms and conditions.

Availability

All artwork is subject to availability and is sold on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after the purchase process has been completed, the unsuccessful buyer will be informed by email and a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Should this occur a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

When ordering, pay particular attention to our courier options as the wrong choice may slow the process and result in additional service charges.

Delivery within the UK, including IOM and the Channel Islands is free.

International shipping is charged at an additional £30.

We aim to process orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 working days to avoid disappointment. Delivery shall be made by our courier to the delivery address you request during the order process. It is important that the address is accurate as we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will normally only deliver to an address other than that of the cardholder where payment is by Visa or Access as this helps prevent fraud. Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork and therefore responsible for any loss or damage. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival. If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork for any reason other than evident damage, then expenses incurred by the seller for delivery and return of the item will be deducted from any refund. For multiple purchases, we reserve the right to deliver individual items separately. Each delivery shall be considered a separate contract and any failure by us to deliver any one or more of the items in accordance with these terms shall not entitle you to treat the contract as a whole to be repudiated.

Returns

Artistri have a 14 day money back guarantee.

The buyer is responsible for contacting and arranging return courier within this time frame for the guarantee to be binding. Any returns must be delivered by our approved courier (of) whose details will be given at first notification. Any artwork returned must be received by Artistri in the condition and in the same packaging as when it was delivered to you. A full refund minus the cost of return delivery will then be issued to the payment card from which funds were originally taken.

Damaged goods

Full refunds are made for items lost or damaged during transit. Please notify artistri within 24 hours of the item arriving. All original packaging should be kept as it may be required to claim from the courier. If you have any doubt about the condition of the goods we advise that you should add the word un-checked when signing the courier’s documentation. If, on unwrapping the item, damage is discovered, the buyer must notify the seller within 24hours of receipt (or first thing Monday if a weekend delivery) of any damage to the item. The buyer must send damaged item(s) back to the seller using the sellers approved courier and each item must be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds due to damage will be subject to satisfying the seller's insurers that any claim is genuine.
