A graduate from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, Janet is inspired by landscape. She looks at the different factors which have shaped it from geological to historical human perspectives including its present usage thus allowing her to depict landscape from different viewpoints. This is the theme that runs through all her work whether in the form of printmaking, photography or film.
The prints that Janet creates are an expression of her perception and are frequently individual or very limited editions.
